Lithium Battery Applications for OEM Devices
ASOL designs lithium battery packs and energy-storage systems around the electrical, mechanical and compliance requirements of the finished product. Use the application guides below to compare common battery architectures, then share your operating profile for a project-specific recommendation.

View Battery SolutionHow we match a battery to your equipment
Battery selection starts with the device load profile, not a catalogue voltage. For each project, ASOL reviews nominal and peak current, runtime, charging method, available installation space, operating temperature, communication needs and the required service life. This allows the cell chemistry, series/parallel configuration, BMS or PCM, wiring and enclosure to be specified as one system.
For OEM programs, we can also adapt connectors, harness length, mounting points, labels, firmware settings and protection thresholds. The result is a pack designed to fit the product and production workflow rather than a generic replacement battery.
Information to prepare for a battery quotation
Sharing a few practical details early helps us recommend the right design and avoid over-specifying the pack. Useful inputs include the required voltage and capacity, continuous and peak current, target runtime, charge voltage/current, device dimensions, connector type, expected annual quantity and the destination market.
Where the application needs protection, telemetry or system integration, include the preferred communication protocol, balance requirements, ingress-protection target and certification needs. Our engineering team can then advise whether Li-ion, LiFePO4 or lithium-polymer cells best fit the project.
From concept to production
ASOL supports technical evaluation, electrical and mechanical refinement, pilot builds and repeat production for B2B customers. Sample development may be available for selected cylindrical and lithium polymer battery projects, subject to specification review, product availability and project requirements. Sample freight is paid by the customer. Each application page links to relevant battery examples, but final specifications are confirmed against your actual device and operating conditions.
